Summary

For my final major project I would like to investigate the theme of urban organic within architectural design. I am interested to create with natural elements because...also, how the ideas of urban style affected the sustainable architecture from my mind map in photography experiment in cycle 1.

The reason why I have chosen this topic as...I will do more research of urban organic architecture that layout with different forms and shapes of wood, also I will explore to fit in the architectural building with different types of wood.

In cycle 3 and 4, l look forward for exploring urban organic architecture. The concept is related to my found object when I doing research with some of the wooden architecture, I found some shapes of wood grain were instituted with modern ideas. The idea of combined the urban elements and natural elements is very interesting. For me, I want to investigate more environmentally friendly architectural building, the reason I have chosen this concept because I can see some of the wooden and natural architectures are potential such as Michael Green and Richard David Precht inspire me to develop ideas of using wood to create a suitable spaces.

I intend to institute a eco-friendly architectural building that I research some design associated with my theme to familiar more ideas and structure.

In here, I used line drawing to present the perspective of Varna Regional Library.

I will do more research of urban organic architecture that layout with different forms and shapes of wood, also I will explore to fit in the architectural building with different types of wood. For instance, dezeen and archdaily are useful websites to adopt many concepts, then I will take photographs around Hong Kong to collect the information about urban organic architecture. Besides, I prefer to use pencil and colour pencils to develop tones, details and perspective of the 3D architectural building. Floor plan and section drawing are useful for me to develop a separate part of building to refine the quality of my experiments. I would prefer to engaged more drawing with marker, colour pencils, flexible ruler and colour papers.

As for the challenges, I might not try more materials and express my works more visualise for attempting the experiment. Perhaps, I will explore with tinkercad to create structure, also I will use more paper experiment to found more possible ideas before create a new work.
